I’m Deepanshu. I work alone, on purpose.
I’m a fractional analyst for founders and teams of 1–30. You send the numbers you already have. I find where the money goes and tell you what to fix. The person who reads your data is the person who answers your email.
What I do
I read the numbers so you can run the business.
Most small businesses don’t need a data team. They need someone to look at the numbers they already have and say, plainly, what’s costing them money.
I look at three things: the money coming in, the costs going out, and the profit you keep. Then I rank what I find by how much it matters.
I have a BSc in Data Science and Analytics. I work in Python, SQL, Power BI, Looker Studio and Google Sheets. You won’t need to learn any of them.
How I work
Five rules I don’t break.

The answer first.
You get the finding, then the evidence behind it. Not forty charts and a shrug.

Money, not metrics.
A finding earns its place by what it does to revenue or profit. Not by how clever the chart looks.

Small steps.
Start free. Pay for the next step only if the last one was worth it.

Honest about limits.
If your data can’t answer a question, I’ll say so instead of guessing.

No licences to buy.
Your dashboard runs on Looker Studio and Google Sheets, which are free to use.
And what I won’t do

Worth saying out loud, because you’ve probably met the opposite.

- Sell you a dashboard you’ll never open.
- Lock you into a long contract.
