What data do you need?

Whatever you already export: orders, products, costs, ad spend. A CSV or spreadsheet is fine. Not sure what you have? Send it anyway, and I’ll tell you what’s missing.

Is my data safe with you?

I use it for your audit and nothing else. Remove customer names and emails before you send anything; I don’t need them. Happy to sign a standard NDA before you share anything. I delete your files within 60 days of delivery.

What happens after the free audit?

You get a written summary and a short call. If you want the answers, Diagnose is the next step. If not, that’s the end of it. No follow-up sequence.

Am I signing up for a long contract?

No. The audit is free. Diagnose is paid once. Monitor is $750 to set up, then $150 a month for 3 months, then 3 months of free support. After that, you only pay for changes ($100 each).

Do I need to buy any software?

Not for Diagnose or Monitor. Diagnose is a report. Monitor runs on Google Sheets and Looker Studio, which are free to use. Automate runs on n8n; if it needs paid hosting, the quote says so.

My data is a mess. Is that a problem?

Most data is. Cleaning it is part of the job, and I’ll point out what to fix at the source.

How long does the free audit take?

You’ll have your summary within 5 working days of getting your data, delivered as a written summary and a 20-minute call.

Whether your data is reliable, what it can and can’t answer today, one early signal if the data shows one, and the 2–3 questions worth answering next. The answers themselves, with numbers and fixes, are what Diagnose is for.

Why not hire a full-time analyst?

You might, one day. Until then, a salary buys more analyst than you need. I cost a report, not a salary.

Where are you based?

India (GMT+5:30). Most of the work is async: you send data, I send findings. When a call helps, I’ll fit your time zone.

What tools do you use?

Python, SQL, Power BI, Looker Studio and Google Sheets. You don’t need to know any of them.
